The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager (3+ years of restaurant management experience required) to lead our floor, support our staff, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and support our FOH team with positive, clear guidance.

  • Maintain an active presence on the dining floor, building relationships with regulars and guest loyalty.

  • Manage labor schedules, beverage costs, and daily floor operations.

  • Collaborate closely with the BOH/Kitchen team to keep service seamless.

  • Foster an inclusive, supportive workplace culture built on accountability and mutual respect.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of restaurant management or floor supervision in a high-volume setting.

  • Leadership Style: Grounded, empathetic, and reliable. Someone who leads by example and supports the team under pressure.

  • Availability: Full-time schedule required, including weekends (morning/daytime shifts).

  • Skills: Strong communication, basic POS/restaurant software proficiency, and solid knowledge of food, beverage, and floor flow.
